ALTAR SERVER CONTRACT

 

I, ____________________________________, have read the Guidelines for Altar Servers, and I agree to abide by all the instructions I have received. I am aware that I need to arrive at least 15 minutes before Mass begins, and that I will wear the proper cassock. Furthermore, I understand that if, for any reason, I cannot serve at the Mass to which I am assigned, I WILL FIND MY OWN SUBSTITUTE.
