WorkCenter at St. Francis of Assisi Parish

Are you or somebody you know unemployed or underemployed?

 A group of Catholic friends in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area has started a charitable gesture called WorkCenter. The aim of WorkCenter is to help those needing assistance in finding employment and preparing for interviews.

The group meets at St. Francis Parish the second and fourth Saturday of every month, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, in the rectory basement in the Assisi Room.

Members of this parish who work for companies in active hiring are also encouraged to attend these meetings to offer advice and to talk about employment opportunities at their companies.
